Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar.
Cinnamon, anise or nutmeg
2 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup condensed milk
¾ cup rum or brandy
Instructions:
Make a thick syrup with the water, sugar, cinnamon or nutmeg.
Let it cool. Beat eggs with salt until smooth
thick Add the syrup - already cool - the condensed milk and rum.
Beat it for 2 to 3 more minutes or until it is very creamy. Serve it well
cold with crushed ice. Makes 1 bottle.
