Ingredients:
2 lb. of potatoes
2 eggs
1 tsp. of butter
1 tsp. of baking powder
1 tbsp. of cornstarch
salt to taste
oil
Instructions:
Boil two pounds of potatoes until tender, then mash them while still hot. Add two raw eggs, a teaspoon of butter, another teaspoon of baking powder, salt, and a tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix everything well and fry it in hot oil over high heat.
