The Cuban guy Gilberto Morales prepares to compete in the contest Musclemania Mexico, which will take place on June 8 in Mexico City, and Musclemania Latino, scheduled for November, with the aim of ensuring its participation in the continental and world event.
Morales, who is a model and bodybuilder by profession, measures 5 feet and 7 inches (approximately 1.70 meters) and weighs 165 pounds (around 74.8 kilograms) of natural muscle, this being his main trump card to be part of the event contestants fitness, according to the page on Facebook of the Musclemania Latino event.
The young man explained that he continues a very strict training and eating routine: “After training, I consume proteins directly from meat, I consume carbohydrates from clean rice and always a little vegetables in my diet.”
“I like to make it simple and functional", emphasized Morales, who will debut in this type of competition on June 8, in Mexico City, during the Aztec chapter of the Musclemania championship.
The event will bring together athletes, sports models and natural fitness bodybuilders from all over Mexico.
There will be divisions for youth, beginners and novices, as well as for veterans and seasoned professionals, the competition website.
According to the call, the event brings together natural men and women, who “support and promote a healthy lifestyle.”
In November, it will take place Muscle Latino in Mexico, followed by the continental competition on the 22nd and 23rd of the same month in Hollywood, United States.

“Two things mainly caught my attention, one, the opportunity to improve myself in the pursuit of a goal, two, the aesthetic beauty created by exercise. This last factor is very important for us women,” Pérez explained in statements to the local newspaper. Guerrilla.
“The gym has been a before and after in my life. Sport, in general, brings with it arduous disciplinary routines and competitive bodybuilding specifically. In addition to training routines, he spends time practicing poses and a diet that is unique, specific to this sport, therefore, the change is radical.
