With the best possible company, her parents, and a guaranteed smile, Heydy Gonzalez lived through her most recent training routine.
It was the actress herself who shared several videos on her family's fitness plan through the stories on her Instagram account, some of them showing the exercises they did and even when they went out after giving it their all.
"Look at this, who came to train with me today," the influencer can be heard saying in a first video, who already knew she was going to have a lot of fun before the day even began.
"My dad is quite a character. Watch what he does at the end when I tell him I'm recording," she wrote about another story where her parents are seen on the treadmill.
The ending is also worth noting... when Heydy asks how they are feeling, her mother responds assertively: "great, everything is fascinating," while her father, in the background, raises his arms, showing off his muscles.
"Go on, take a look," Hydroelia can't help but comment amid laughter.
Beyond the charm of the scenes and the positivity of seeing Heydy encouraging her parents to take care of themselves - as she had already shown on social media by sharing videos of them doing gymnastics at home - they once again highlight the beautiful relationship they have and how much they enjoy being finally together, after receiving their parents and mother-in-law in Miami last February after many months of waiting to be able to reunite.
