An electric motor was struck by a tourist car on the night of this Tuesday at the intersection of Victoriano Garzón Avenue and Second Street in the city of Santiago de Cuba.
The journalist Yosmany Mayeta reported on Facebook that, although the person responsible for the incident is unknown, witnesses suggest that the modern car was driving against traffic.
This detail is pending confirmation with witnesses present at the location, the communicator indicated.
Additionally, he explained that the driver of the car was the one who assisted the passenger riding the motorcycle, “but upon returning to the crash area, they say they started lying to the police,” he indicated.
On the other hand, the driver of the electric motor suffered minor injuries to the arms and legs, according to confirmed sources.
