A 26-year-old Cuban identified as Yoel Antonio Setienmartínez is facing serious charges after being accused by several women in Miami-Dade County of indecent exposure and voyeurism.

The man allegedly masturbated while stalking his victims in their own homes, according to the police report released by local media.

In one instance, one of the women stated that Setien hit her window and left traces of semen on the glass.

After months of searching, Miami-Dade detectives reported that they managed to identify the suspect thanks to surveillance videos and the recognition of his tattoos, including a distinctive one of a girl next to a wolf.

According to the arrest report, the victims of the accused range in age from 39 to 61 years old and are residents of the Country Walk neighborhood in Miami-Dade.

Some of them reported repeated incidents, and in one of the homes, there were minors present aged between 10 and 16 years.

One of the cases involved a 58-year-old woman who reported seeing the suspect masturbating in her backyard on two occasions: the first in the early morning of May 12 and the second on the night of September 7.

Another victim, 39 years old, stated that Setien climbed onto a neighbor's roof to spy on her.

A third victim, 61 years old, reported that she saw the suspect masturbating in her backyard while she was getting dressed on the morning of October 8th.

On November 8, surveillance cameras captured Setien hiding among bushes near the home of one of his previous victims, shortly before 8:30 p.m.

The next day, he returned to the area and was arrested near Southwest 152nd Street and 142nd Avenue at around 9:35 p.m.

Currently, the Cuban is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center (TGK) and faces 23 charges, including 10 for burglary of occupied dwellings, 10 for voyeurism, two for indecent exposure, and one for resisting an officer without violence.
