Ingredients:
1 lb. cod
4 eggs
6 tbsp. wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
5 tbsp. ground onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
¼ tsp. ground pepper
Instructions:
Soak the cod the night before and the next morning give it a gentle boil in fresh water. Crumble the cod and mix it with the beaten eggs and the rest of the ingredients.
Add the mixture by teaspoons to a frying pan with hot oil until the fries are golden brown.
