Ingredients:
- 1 lb. of cod
- 4 eggs
- 6 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 5 tablespoons of ground onion
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- ¼ teaspoon of ground pepper
Instructions:
Soak the cod overnight, and the next morning, give it a brief boil in fresh water. Flake the cod and mix it with the beaten eggs and the rest of the ingredients. Add the mixture by spoonfuls to a pan with hot oil until the fritters are golden brown.
