Fried porridge

Ingredients:
2lb. of potato 2 eggs 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. corn salt to taste oil
Instructions:
Sauté two pounds of potatoes, these become mashed when they are still hot, add two raw eggs, a teaspoon of butter, another of baking powder, salt and a tablespoon of cornstarch, mix everything well and fry over high heat. I live in hot oil.
