Sandro Castro's visit to the shopping centers of the famous Mexican resort coincides with the Cuban government's acknowledgment that 2022 has been a tough and difficult year for the majority of Cubans, along with President Díaz-Canel's warning that the coming year will be challenging yet better, provided that everyone, including leaders, works harder.
