This Sunday, the usual Pool Party hosted by the promoters of Miami Vice at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Miami featured Lenier Mesa as one of its guests, and he brought the house down like he always does for his audience.
The Cuban singer once again showcased his talent on stage, getting everyone present to dance to some of his biggest hits.
As expected, his latest songs featuring Tekashi 6ix9ine were not missed, and the crowd enjoyed themselves grooving to “Wapae,” the track with the rapper, Ángel Dior, and Bulin 47, who is nominated for the 2023 Youth Awards.
The promoters of Miami Vice posted several photos with Lenier on their social media, and in the comments, he added: "We're still active, still going strong, thank you to my people."
In addition to Lenier, the other guest at this Pool Party was the Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, producer, and dancer Lenny Tavárez.
Following the controversy with La Diosa stemming from the Pool Party hosted by Enrique Santos, to which she was invited, the promoters of Miami Vice stated that they have no issue inviting Cuban artists, as long as they are favored by their audience.
Everything suggests that Lenier is one of those singers, as the performer of "Cómo te pago" is currently at the height of popularity.
A few weeks ago, Tekashi released an album featuring all the songs written by the Cuban artist, and last Friday they together premiered the music video for "Dueño," one of the tracks included in this production. Just over a day after its release, the video reached three million views on YouTube.
