Oniel Bebeshito has received countless criticisms for the incident with a fan during a concert in Camagüey. However, he did not stay quiet and even shared the images of this moment on his social media.
On two occasions, the young woman, who goes by the name "La tigreza hp" on Instagram, went up on stage and threw herself at the singer, according to her statements, in an attempt to hug him. However, the security team present at the venue intervened, and on the second occasion, they kept her away from the artist and physically removed her from the stage.
However, for Bebeshito, the girl's behavior is far from that of a true fan.
Gossip is about that, gossip. Personally, I have had to swallow everything that is being said about me, that I mistreat women, and all that, the people who were at the concert know the truth of what happened, I don't have to argue anything or give my opinion about anything. How are you Bebeshito, that question has only been asked by my family, my friends, and my real fans. I canceled a concert I had the next day because the left side of my face was swollen when I finished the concert," wrote the reggaeton artist in one of his Instagram stories.
"I have a very clear conscience knowing that I belong to the 5% of men who have never laid a finger on a woman inappropriately in their life. I WAS RAISED BY WOMEN. But that is something I will never discuss, especially with people who only come to comment when it is something negative," he added in his post.
The singer also clarified that the people who brought the young woman down from the stage by force were not part of his security team: "I am singing for thousands of people, I cannot accompany anyone while they are being brought down, I have to continue my concert so at no time did I see how the young lady was brought down."
To those who have criticized him after the incident, he also addressed and, in passing, shared the definition of a fan: "Since I woke up today, I have dedicated myself to one thing only, and that is to block everyone who has talked shit about me without knowing. The day I am wrong about something, I will apologize because that's how my mom raised me. Today, I don't owe an apology to anyone at all."
On the other hand, "La tigreza hp," through Instagram, stated that her intention was only to touch and hug the artist because she is a fan, and she asserted that what they did against her was abuse.
In his Instagram posts, he thanked all the people who have shown their support to him after the incident.
