A container ship hit a barrier beneath the Brickell Avenue bridge in Miami on Tuesday, in an unusual incident that did not escalate into an accident.
The huge Antillean Line ship was crossing the Miami River Strait when it got too close to one of the edges, as shown in a video shared on the Only in Dade Instagram account that has gone viral.
The operations of the bridge continued normally throughout the rest of the day.
