Cuban gives tips for finding work in Florida: "Don't hold back just because you don't speak the language."

He recommended areas and places that usually have deals.

In response to a follower who asked about the job situation in Florida, the Cuban known on TikTok as @teresacreandoestilofg posted a video where she shared tips and strategies for those seeking work in this area, in a message highlighting the importance of not getting discouraged and exploring different opportunities.

"I'm going to leave the little video here because there are a lot of messages from people who are here and can't find work," started this Cuban who has been in Miami for 10 years and previously lived in Spain.

First of all, he suggested looking for jobs in the tourist area of Miami Beach, where there are numerous restaurants and hotels, where positions such as waiters, pool attendants, and in towel and chair collection can be found.

He also emphasized the importance of learning at least the basics of English, such as "What's your name?", in order to communicate in essential situations.

"Don't hold back just because you don't speak the language... they don't ask you to speak perfect English; they ask that at least you greet them and that you don't get scared," he noted.

Other places he mentioned where one could find employment were car washes and in construction, especially in growing areas. "In construction... there is a lot of construction where you can go and apply, you don't need to have experience. Remember that here they will always give you a three-day training," he explained. He also mentioned supermarkets and food chains.

"Move, because there are places where... there is a lot of work, you just have to look for it and step out of your comfort zone," she added.

Teresa concluded by encouraging her followers that if something doesn't work out one way, to look for alternatives. "If you're in an area where there isn't any, jump to another area... get out of there and look in another area," she recommended and promised that she would share any deals she found.
