The internet is going crazy with the eye color changes in Miami: "I think it's a new virus."

The topic is trending among Cubans on social media, who even "targeted" figures like Chocolate, Mijaín López, Raúl Castro, or Díaz-Canel.

In recent days, the Internet has been flooded with memes about eye color changes, a procedure that successful Cuban artists in Miami like La Diosa and Osmany García have undergone.

The cosmetic procedure that allows transforming brown eyes into blue, green, or any other color has become fashionable in the City of Sun, although many are wary of its long-term effects.

"I think it's a new virus," asserted the "fearful" influencer Kristoff Kriollo in a funny video shared on his social media, in which it is seen how his whole family, including the cat, has changed their eyes and he ends up fleeing the country.

The topic also did not go unnoticed by the comedian Javier Berridy, who launched a parody with the music of "La mujer del pelotero" in the background, claiming that now "everyone is a model."

Even the opponent Eliécer Ávila did not want to stay out and recorded a video in which he is seen in his house with clear eyes - it's a filter - after supposedly having undergone surgery.

"What do you think, how did they turn out? Tell me if you like them," she asked her followers on Instagram.

Until Osmani García, the first famous Cuban to undergo keratopigmentation, shared a video of his wife Laura with some false blue eyes.

Days after the popular reggaeton artist changed the color of his eyes and expressed happiness about his decision, his compatriot Dianelys Alfonso Cartaya, known as La Diosa, surprised her fans with a new image.

"Goodbye dark eyes, I am more than happy," expressed the singer on her social media.

The next one who could make the leap is Eduardo Antonio, who shared three photos on his Instagram in which he appears with different colors in his eyes, using a filter to simulate how it would look, and asked his admirers for their opinion on the possible change.

What do you think?
