The Cuban singer Seidy La Niña responded firmly and decisively to a disparaging comment about her physique. A message left for her on Instagram said that she had a "gelatin" body and that she needed "editing and a filter."
A malicious comment that the Cuban artist has not overlooked and has decided to respond to, making it clear that self-love and body acceptance are above any criticism.
"That body is still like jelly, to show yourself like that (it's getting better) but it needs editing and a filter, do you think you're crushing it? No, mami, stop eating sugar," the user said.
She recorded herself dancing in a bikini while singing: "I’m not a magazine model, if you don't like what you see, change your view. I've got masochistic sickos; I’m not to blame for being hot and also being an artist. This cellulite is mine, these stretch marks are mine."
A response applauded by her followers, who support Seidy La Niña's naturalness when showing her body. Among the comments, there is also a message from the Puerto Rican artist Ivy Queen. "Repeat that chorus for me," said the Queen of Reguetón along with several fire emojis, thus approving Seidy's response.
"That's how you speak. Much better in the natural way," "Wow, you nailed it. The best," "That's how you speak, blessings," "It was about silencing him, not killing him. Love you, mommy," or "I still can't believe how there are people who think they have the right to opine this way about other bodies," are some of the messages dedicated to Seidy.
