Divided opinions: This is how Cubans react to El Micha's anger in an interview in Miami.

While some support El Micha for his stance regarding Cuba, others criticize him strongly.

After El Micha angrily left an interview on the show "El Toro Loco Show" in Miami when he was confronted about his trips to Cuba, the reggaeton artist's reaction has gone viral on social media.

However, among Cubans, opinions on this matter have been divided. While some share El Micha's viewpoint and suggest that artists should not be mixed with politics, others have criticized the singer because they believe his stance is a way of supporting the Cuban regime and turning his back on the exile community.

"What needs to be done is to stop the gossip and instead of creating content with all that, support and unite the artists so that Cuban music reaches a higher level and doesn't get stuck in politics, since none of us are or have to be involved in what happens in an entire country. I know how Cuba is getting worse, but saying that anywhere you go won't change anything," wrote the artist Alier El Kilate on his Instagram.

"90% of Cubans are El Micha. Let’s stop the sham already"; "Anyone who doesn’t think like them is judged and trampled on, just like the government used to do with us. All these superficial interviewers faking an extreme sense of patriotism on social media at the expense of the artists, do something you all"; "Cuba isn’t like this because of El Micha, Cuba is like this because of people who believed in that regime 50 years ago and defended it," assured other internet users.

El Micha's reaction also encountered very strong criticism on social media, some with insults included: "So pathetic, so double standard, so bootlicker, big for no reason, communist, if you truly love your people advocate for them, it's the least you can do you shameless person not being asked for anything else you hypocrite"; "Micha you're not crazy. You're just another idiot, dragged and torn"; "This Micha is a huge snitch for the Cuban government, stay in Cuba. Horse."

One of the most forceful responses to El Micha was from the musician Kamankola through some verses: “I also left a house, I left a mother and a dream and a grandmother who, while dying, asked me to return / I also put my face, I put my faith and my pain and the anger and resentment that I have anchored in my soul is the bullet and the weapon and stands facing terror / Exile is respected, respecting its banishment, not being like the dogs of threads and puppets…”.
