A person found in Santiago de Cuba two bank cards, one in national currency (MN) and another in freely convertible currency (MLC), along with a piece of paper that contained the PINs, and in a gesture of honesty, is looking for the owner through social media.
Aniri FD reported on Facebook that her sister found the cards in some ATMs near Ferreiro and asked for help to locate the owner, identified as Yuliet Colón Padilla.
"Please, I would like you to help me share this or if someone knows this girl, tell her to get in touch with me," pointed out the young woman.
In addition, she requested that, at the time of delivery, the owner present her identity card as a security measure.
In the current Cuban context, where people take economic advantage of any situation, the gesture of these two women stands out for the honesty with which they have acted. However, it is not the only case.
A netizen asked for help this Saturday to find the owner of a mobile phone that was left in his vehicle while the woman was traveling to Lenin Hospital in Holguín.
Michel Díaz reported in the Facebook group "AMAZON Santiago de Cuba.com" that he picked up a woman at the junction of Palma Soriano, who handed him an LG device to charge. However, she forgot the phone in the vehicle when she got out.
At the beginning of the month, a young woman from Santiago received a great deal of praise after finding a phone in a hospital and searching for its owner on social media.
"This morning (Monday) I found this Samsung A 32 phone at the La Colonia children's hospital," noted Dayma Fajardo in the Facebook group "AMAZON Santiago de Cuba.com," stating that she will only return the device to its owner.
