Yomil turns 33: "It's the saddest birthday I've ever had in my life."

These have been sad days for Cuban music due to the concern over the health status of José Manuel Carbajal, better known as El Taiger. The singer is hospitalized in Miami after being shot in the head, and his friends, family, and colleagues are closely monitoring his progress. One of the artists affected by the situation is Yomil Hidalgo, who turned 33 years old this Thursday, October 9.

It has been a bittersweet birthday for Yomil, who expressed on his social media: "Today is the saddest birthday I've ever had in my life."

Despite the discouragement, his girlfriend, the Cuban influencer Daniela Reyes, did not hesitate to dedicate some emotional words to him and shared a video compiling moments together.

"Despite the fact that these days have been sad and difficult, I didn't want to miss the chance to celebrate you, my beautiful love. To celebrate your life and that you share it with me. Happy 33 years, my beautiful thing," Daniela wrote.

"Thank you very much, my sweetheart. On your birthday, I hope to feel better and be able to enjoy it. I love you madly," replied Yomil, referring to Daniela's birthday, which will be next October 27.
