Cuban in Miami shows his minimalist apartment in Downtown: "It's a dream."

Ángel Sánchez shows his dream apartment in Paramount Miami, with a minimalist and luxurious atmosphere.

A well-known Cuban influencer in Miami showcased the apartment he rents in Downtown, with minimalist decor and panoramic views that are a true dream.

In a video shared by real estate expert Robert Sielmann (@robertsielmann), the beautiful and elegant apartment rented by Ángel Sánchez to live in one of the most exclusive areas of Miami is shown.

"In this tour, I show you the spectacular apartment of @angelsanchezceo, a Cuban immigrant who has made all his dreams come true in Miami. With several companies under his name and being the life of the best Latin parties in the city, Ángel is an example of how perseverance and vision can change your life," Sielmann said in his post.

The apartment, located in the prestigious Paramount Miami building, is part of the impressive 749-foot tower situated in the Miami World Center, a large-scale private project in the United States.

Sánchez pays 6,000 dollars a month for this dream home, decorated in a minimalist style that reflects his philosophy of life.

"I like the color white, clarity. I don't like to accumulate material things. I prefer to pass money through the bank until I find a business to invest in. My life philosophy is 'don't pretend, be,'" commented the Cuban businessman.

The decoration of this residence is characterized by its light tones, spacious, open areas, and simple lines. What stands out in Sánchez's home are the spectacular views of Miami.

"We are immigrants. We arrived 20 years ago from Cuba and have made our dream come true here. We are eternally grateful to this country and this city," added the Cuban.

Entrepreneur Ángel Sánchez, founder and CEO of Miami Vice Marketing Group Inc. and the restaurant Carnicero Steakhouse, is a role model for Latino immigrants in the United States.

He has 364,000 followers on Instagram. He has built a solid reputation in the business sector and as a host of exclusive Latin parties in the city of Sun.
