Can you imagine a reggaeton song that has played worldwide performed by a symphony orchestra? Well, that was precisely the moment that Yandel gifted to his fans.
The Puerto Rican singer performed his musical hit "Yandel 150," his collaboration with Feid, alongside the Symphony Orchestra of the International University of Florida in Miami during a concert at the Herbert and Nicole Wertheim School of Music.
Together with the Puerto Rican artist, 78 young musicians demonstrated that there is no musical genre that their instruments cannot handle, not even reggaeton.
Yandel also performed with the orchestra "Rakata," one of the hits of his career alongside Wisin, which is undoubtedly among the iconic songs of reggaeton.
Even dressed in a suit and very elegantly, Yandel was on stage as if it were not a theater with an orchestra behind him, but on a platform giving it all for his fans.
"When they tell us what they want to hear, we play Yandel's fifth symphony and his classic reggaeton"; "Homero, why so elegant? We're going to Yandel's symphonic concert, kid"; "The true classical music"; "Mozart smiled down from heaven with pride"; "The orchestra had never been so happy and lively playing. Accept it"; "This is what I meant by classic reggaeton"; "Classic perreo," several internet users commented amusingly on TikTok.
