A topic for exes who think they have rights: Charly & Johayron release "10 Years Later"

The song came with a music video that takes viewers on a sort of journey through time.

Charly & Johayron are making their debut this Friday with "10 Years Later," a song that perfectly captures those exes who believe they have lifelong claim.

The song was accompanied by a music video that is a kind of time travel featuring the artists, as well as several models and dancers.

The audiovisual piece begins in the 1950s, primarily recreated through the makeup and costumes of the main characters. It then transitions to the 1980s and later to 2040, offering a glimpse of what things might be like in the future.

The lyrics of the music video certainly convey a message from exes to current partners: “I was, I am, and I will be the love of your life, with the right to love you 10 years later / I played mute and never spoke, but now I see that your boyfriend is pretending to be tough, playing a role / Who am I, what am I doing here, explain it, tell him yourself, so I don’t have to undermine his manliness, smother you with kisses, and make you dislike me.”

"Let’s see which brave ones are going to tag their exes to show where they are," Johayron asked in the comments on Instagram when announcing the premiere.
