Nodal reacts to Cazzu's statements to defend Ángela Aguilar: "They won't speak about my wife like that."

Christian Nodal defended Ángela Aguilar during a live session following comments made by his ex, Cazzu, about their breakup. He clarified that he was transparent and denied any infidelities, while also protecting his current wife.

Christian Nodal responded during an Instagram live to the statements made by his ex, Cazzu, who, after several months of silence, spoke about her experience with the breakup from the father of her daughter on her friend La Joaqui's podcast.

In that broadcast, Nodal refuted the comments made by the mother of his daughter, who claimed she had no prior knowledge of his relationship with Ángela Aguilar. Visibly uncomfortable and nervous, the singer explained that he had chosen to speak publicly to defend his current wife, denying that Ángela was responsible for his breakup with Cazzu. According to the Mexican singer, he informed Cazzu (whose real name is Julieta) that he had started dating someone before the first images of the new relationship emerged in the media.

During the live session, Nodal expressed his frustration when addressing Cazzu's statements, in which she recounted the difficulty of learning about her ex's new relationship while caring for their eight-month-old daughter. The singer was firm in asserting that there are “no victims” in his story, emphasizing that he was transparent during the breakup and that everything was discussed “openly.”

In his message, Nodal emphasized that he was never unfaithful and that he kept Cazzu informed of his intentions at all times. He recounted that after ending his relationship, he asked Julieta to issue a statement to clarify the situation before he and Ángela appeared publicly, assuring that his ex was notified and that text messages support his account. Although Cazzu never mentioned Ángela or used the term "betrayal," Nodal felt the need to clarify that his current wife was not "a mistress" and defended the integrity of his marriage.

"Implying that I was with my wife during my previous relationship is something very serious and ugly," he stated at one point during the live broadcast.

At the end of the broadcast, Nodal spoke protectively about Ángela Aguilar and expressed his deep love for her, stating that "Ángela and I love each other, we decided to get married, we decided to be together."

"Don't speak about my wife like that; she is not a mistress," he stated firmly.
