Teresa, manager of El Taiger, commented on Damián Valdez's refusal to appear in court: "He doesn't want to face the situation."

In the case of El Taiger, Valdez faces charges of second-degree murder, tampering with evidence, and possession of a firearm.

Teresa Padrón, manager of the Cuban reggaeton artist El Taiger, responded to Damián Valdez-Galloso's refusal to appear this Friday for the second time in front of the Miami-Dade court.

"I can imagine why he doesn't want to show his face; he knows everyone is watching him, that everyone hates him, and that everyone is demanding answers. Given the way he presented himself yesterday, I understand why he perhaps didn't want to appear today," Teresa stated before the cameras of several media outlets.

The manager added that in his first court appearance, Damián Valdez-Galloso "showed no signs or demonstrated any attitude of remorse, whatsoever."

The second court hearing for Damián in the homicide case of El Taiger is scheduled for November 22. The accused will face charges of second-degree murder, tampering with evidence, and possession of a firearm. However, many, including Teresa herself, hope that he will be charged with first-degree murder, as they believe that is what he deserves.

According to the Miami Police report, Damián Valdez-Galloso shot El Taiger in the head at the entrance of his home and dragged him out through a back door to place him in a car. He cleaned up the crime scene and drove the vehicle to the vicinity of Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he left the reggaeton artist.
