A young Cuban recently lost his life in Miami Gardens due to a traffic accident, and his family and friends are requesting assistance to repatriate his body to the Island.
According to a source close to the victim, Rubén Ángel Ramírez Pérez passed away on November 12 in a traffic accident that occurred in the early morning, and his family has started a fundraising campaign to bring his remains to Cuba, where his mother, relatives, and friends are waiting to bid him farewell.
"For all those who wish to help bring the remains of Rubén Ángel Ramírez Pérez to Cuba so that his mother and family can say their goodbyes, you can make your donation here. We will be eternally grateful," posted a user close to the deceased on Facebook.
The death of this young man has left friends and acquaintances in shock, as they have shared memories and expressed their grief.
"Fly high, brother. We will always remember you as the joyful person you were. I never thought or imagined I would see you like this, from one day to the next. May your soul rest in peace; I hope you are with your dad in heaven," wrote another user.
"The words are insufficient to express everything I feel at this moment. You were not just a friend; you were and will always be my brother. You left too soon, with dreams and ideas for us to fulfill together. It's incredible how you left us, but you will always be a warrior, and I will carry you in my heart. We will always be the 750. Rest in peace, I love you, my brother, wherever you are," expressed a close friend.
Rubén Ángel's departure was so sudden that another friend recalled they had only spoken three days prior.
Fundraising is conducted through the Donorbox platform.
