An extended report broadcast by the Univision network this Thursday revealed more details surrounding the circumstances of El Taiger's death.
An interesting fact is that, according to journalist Javier Díaz citing police documents, in her initial statements to the authorities, Teresa Padrón reported that on September 30, she accompanied El Taiger to a jewelry store, where she noticed that the singer had a firearm.
Teresa explained that she asked him to give her the weapon, removed the magazine, and stored it in her house.
Later, the investigators found the weapon in that house, and ballistics confirmed that it had not been used.
The police also mention the address 238 West and 8th Avenue in Hialeah, which corresponds to the Paraíso Motel, a location linked to the investigation, where authorities found two plastic bags containing suspected fentanyl.
Univision also shared images showing that Damian got out of an SUV at his home at 7:17 a.m. on October 3, after leaving El Taiger's body abandoned near Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Upon arriving at his home, he continued to clean the crime scene.
Another previously unknown detail is that the forensic report confirmed that El Taiger was declared brain dead on October 10 at 11:07 a.m., and at 3:00 p.m. on the same day, he suffered cardiac death.
The series of images and data obtained by Univision for a better interpretation of the events belongs to the State Prosecutor's Office.
The images in question have revealed unprecedented evidence not only regarding the day El Taiger was shot, but also about how the investigation has progressed since then.
One piece of evidence is the photos taken when Damian Valdez-Galloso was arrested in New York City.
The suspect was interviewed in a room at the New York police station, where they photographed the tattoos on his chest, back, and arms.
Another piece of evidence released now is a photo showing the Mercedes Benz that was used to transport El Taiger's body from Hialeah to the vicinity of Jackson Memorial during the early hours of the fateful October 3rd.
The photos of the entrance to Damian's house are particularly striking, where he shot El Taiger in the head.
Several images showed the front door broken after the police raided the house and searched it for the suspect, shortly after the injured body of El Taiger was found inside the vehicle.
The next court hearing for Damian Valdez-Galloso in connection with the murder of El Taiger is scheduled for December 19.
On that day, as Teresa Padrón recently reported, the prosecution is expected to officially upgrade the charge from second-degree murder to first-degree murder.
