In Santiago de Cuba its residents must wait in long lines to buy almost everything; Queues to get on a bus, queues in stores, in markets, in gas sales establishments.

The queue is once again in the Cuban's daily life.

Elías Navarro from Santiago de Cuba witnessed the crisis in Santiago on social networks, capturing images that show the long lines to access any store in that eastern province.

Long lines can also be seen outside Plaza Marte to purchase chicken, in the midst of a context of growing shortages and shortages.

There are many lines to buy the famous "balita" gas for cooking food in Cuban homes.

Or even the morning lines to get around the city. That is why you see dozens of children going to school or adults heading to work waiting in lines throughout the province, in order to catch a bus or a truck to take them to their destination.
