Tropical Storm Harold made landfall in southern Texas, United States, where intense rains were reported, the National Hurricane Center (CNH) reported.
According to the last warning at 10:00 am (11:00 am Miami time), theclimatological phenomenonor maintains tropical storm conditions and heavy rain.
The system was moving west-northwest at 21 mph (33 km/h) and made landfall on the same border with Mexico.

Harold is the fourth storm to form inthe Atlantic in just 39 hours.
Likewise, it represents the fifth tropical system under meteorological surveillance in that area.
