Jorge Junior criticizes Charly & Johayron after incident at a concert in Las Tunas: "We must respect the public"

Jorge Junior, the director of Los 4, spoke online regarding the incident that occurred this Friday during a presentation ofCharly & Johayron in Las Tunas, which ended with the public throwing stones at the bus that transported them and injuries to part of the team.

“I don't want my words to be misinterpreted. But I have to tell the truth. What happened last night in the city of Puerto Padre at the concert of these colleagues was not very pleasant. From what they tell me, stones were thrown at them and then at the bus for the simple fact that the public understood that they did not want to sing after getting paid,” the artist begins by saying in his text.

Jorge Junior openly launched a strong criticism of the Cuban duo: “I am going to tell you something with the greatest respect that you deserve: you have to respect the public and even more so when it is an audience that you don't know where they get their money to go see them, "What they did is a lack of respect for the people and those who follow them."

Along with a photo of the broken glass of the bus that transported the artists, the leader of Los 4 added: “All the orchestras in Cuba have passed through there, you are not going to be the first or the last. This is not a question of being pretty or ugly, it is much more about putting enthusiasm into your work and giving joy to those people who waited for you with a lot of love and affection.”
