Heyoutuber Cuban Jorge Batista, known asUltrack, came out against rumors that claimed that what had happened with Lenier Mesa and Boris Arencibia had already been "fixed" previously and that he had already reached an agreement with them.
"I want to say that that is totally false. I do not negotiate, I will never negotiate with the dictatorship, nor with people who work with the dictatorship like them, nor withpeople who attacked me and my wife. I will never make any deal, or any type of negotiation," he said in exclusive statements forAmericateve.
"They must pay for what they did," he added in his words broadcast by the channel.
"My lawyers are still working on this case and are doing everything that needs to be done," he updated.
"I have not received any news from the Miami Dade County police. I do not know if they are working on the case. I met with three detectives and they took my statements, but I do not know what their work is like until now." "Those who committed this act go unpunished and nothing has happened," he added.
"I honestly don't want to say that they are not working but it seems to me that for an organized gang that attacks two people, they are slow in any type of proceeding, in this case," he added before saying that what he has at the moment are "all the demands" that their lawyers are filing.
"It is totally false that everything is solved and it is totally false that anyone thinks that I am going to negotiate with some people, with some gang members, who put my life and that of my wife at risk. I am never going to do it, not even with them nor with the dictatorship," he stated.
Last SeptemberUltrack reported having been attacked by Lenier Mesa and Boris Arencibiawhile he was at the La Mesa restaurant celebrating El Explota's birthday.
“They were six minutes from La Mesa in a gogo (...) they went to La Mesa, it was obvious that they were all very high and the security of La Mesa was willing to let four people pass to attack me,” he said one day after apologize for the fight, saying from that moment that it had not been his fault.
After that, he assured that he had received a video that he had put in the hands of his lawyers.
"There is no turning back and no opportunity for gang members"he said on that occasion.
Lenier Mesa, for his part, denied it days later: "I'm sad with everything that's happening because everything that's happening, they're talking lies, that's all they're talking about. Focus," he said in a live broadcast through of their networks, which users recorded and replicated on their platforms.
