Advice from a Cuban to newcomers to the United States: "Do not live in Miami, it is extremely expensive"

Cubana shares vital advice for those new to the US, warning about the high costs of living in Miami.

Arriving in a new country is not easy in any case, which is why it is appreciated when people who have lived that experience make recommendations for those who are about to embark on that path and have just landed. In the case of the Cuban Claudia Rodríguez (@claudiarodriguez1624 on TikTok), who wanted to give Some advice to Cubans who have just arrived in the United States.

In a video titled "Things you should not do when arriving in the United States", this Cuban who lives in the United States recommended that the first destination of newcomers not be Miami due to the high price of life.

"Not living in Miami. It is extremely expensive. The rents are super expensive and if you find a job it is minimum wage", he commented.

"If you don't have someone to welcome you, look for something very affordable to live on. Don't rent something that you can't yet afford. You have to buy a car because without a car you don't have a job, but look for a car that will take you to and from work. The first years try not to get into a car letter", were his advice, based on his experience, for all those newcomers.

What do you think?
