It's official: Ángela Aguilar and Christian Nodal are together. This news has been confirmed by them after weeks of speculation. In an interview with Hola magazine, the Mexican singers revealed that they had a relationship in the past, which they have now resumed after the interpreter's breakup with the Argentine Cazzu, with whom he has an 8-month-old daughter named Inti.
"It is the continuation of a story that life made us pause so we could grow and miss it. Because when we let go, upon returning we were more ourselves," commented the 20-year-old daughter of singer Pepe Aguilar.
For his part, the performer of "Ya no somos ni seremos" clarified that his relationship with Ángela began after his breakup with the Argentinean. This separation was announced on May 23 through social media.
In recent weeks, photos of stars from the Mexican regional music scene traveling through Europe circulated on social media, raising suspicions about a possible relationship. All these rumors prompted both of them to clarify that they are together and to share their own images as a couple.
Although they haven't revealed many details about the first part of their love story, it is speculated that it may have begun in 2020, coinciding with the release of their song "Dime cómo quieres." Both have shared the stage on several occasions, and on May 25th, Ángela Aguilar was the guest of honor at a concert by Nodal in Monterrey. The singers assured the mentioned magazine that they are "very much in love and filled with excitement."
Before his relationship with Cazzu, Nodal was engaged to Belinda, a relationship that ended controversially with Nodal claiming he felt financially exploited.
