After an announcement on Instagram in which Johayron wrote that it was "time to say goodbye" and that he was "hanging up the gloves," something that many interpreted as the separation of the duo Charly & Johayron, the singer deleted the post from social media and clarified that he is not separating from El Charly.
In his stories on that social network, Johayron shared another message to thank for the support he has received and to emphasize that there is no separation.
"Sir, thank you very much for the support and to the pages, thanks as well, but in my words, I never said that I was separating from El Charly. That would never happen," assured the artist.
Regarding the disagreements with the record label, he added: "On the other hand, I want to thank Roberto Ferrante and Planet Record for everything I've learned on this journey of our lives. I have nothing against Roberto Ferrante. Please read carefully and you will understand the root of it all. I love you all. Pay attention, read well."
In the text that Johayron deleted from his Instagram, he had written: “It’s time to say goodbye, but goodbyes are sad and I prefer to say hello. Hello to a new adventure. Today, July 23, I want to let you know that after this tour and our last two releases, which will be on August 2, I’m hanging up my gloves. I hope you will support me in this new stage of my life. Let me tell you a bit. For some time now, every time Charly & Johayron are about to have a release, the record label interjects with excuses like not being able to make the video, this track not being the right one, or the producer not delivering the master on time, in short, everything to prevent us from releasing that product. After so many disagreements to manage to release a track, I reached the point of being uncomfortable and even losing trust in what I do.”
At all times, Johayron speaks personally about a new stage in his life and asks for support from his followers, and since there is no “us,” also referring to El Charly, his announcement was interpreted as the duo ending their journey together.
Everything seems to indicate that the singers intend to end their professional relationship with the record label Planet Record, but we will have to wait to see how events unfold.
