The popular Cuban actress and presenter Aly Sánchez has surprised her followers on Instagram with an emotional and motivational post in which she reveals how she has worked to overcome one of her biggest fears.
In her post, Aly shared that she hadn't worn a two-piece swimsuit since she was 21. “I am working hard to overcome my fears. I hadn't worn a two-piece swimsuit since I was 21. At first, I felt uncomfortable, but by the second day, it was better. I even took pictures in the mirror!” she confessed in her post.
The beloved Cuban artist, who has been residing in Miami for years, also highlighted the importance of stepping out of the comfort zone to discover how strong and brave we can truly be.
