A young Cuban, known on TikTok as @dailenis_vm, has deeply moved users of the platform by sharing an emotional video of her return to Cuba, where she reunited with her grandfather.
Dailee, who lives in Miami and describes herself as "100% Cuban," captured the moving moment when she was able to hug her grandfather again at the airport in a video that has already garnered over 8,000 likes and hundreds of comments.
"Life didn't allow me to see my grandmother again, but I had to return for my grandfather and for the land that saw me grow," he wrote about the images that have touched the hearts of his followers.
In the reactions to his special family moment, many people identified with the painful situation of being away from their loved ones in Cuba. "I can't wait to hug my old man," commented an excited user. Another follower from Miami wrote: "Mine passed away four months after being here, and it was super hard."
