A Cuban woman shared a reflection on TikTok after witnessing the offensive comments made by her compatriots during the live stream of Señorita Dayana's wedding. A broadcast that the Cuban singer abruptly cut off, sparking all kinds of rumors about what happened at the ceremony held last Saturday in Miami.
In her video, the user @elixir_karen congratulates Señorita Dayana on her marriage and apologizes on behalf of the Cuban community for the comments she read during the live.
"I just witnessed the live broadcast of Miss Dayana's wedding, by the way, congratulations, blessings, you looked beautiful, and I apologize on behalf of the entire Cuban community," he expressed in the video. However, his tone becomes critical when describing the attitude of some viewers, whom he labeled as "mean" and "disgusting" for criticizing aspects such as the attire of the guests, the ceremony, and the presence of certain artists, like the singer El Chacal.
The user did not hide her frustration over how Cubans, in her experience, tend to "bring each other down" especially during such a special moment as the singer's wedding. “It's disgusting that we Cubans tear each other down like this. A day as beautiful and special for a person, if you don't like it, just leave the live,” she emphasized.
In addition to expressing her solidarity with the singer, she advised Miss Dayana to keep her personal life private, as she believes not everyone has good intentions. "You are a public figure, but keep your things private, don't post so much, because look, it's shown there," she pointed out.
The video concludes with the user reiterating her disappointment and apologizing again on behalf of all Cubans who, according to her, do not value the happy moments of others. "Dayana, I wish you a happy marriage and I admire you for having your wedding private. You wanted to share it with us, those of us with good vibes, but no. I apologize on behalf of all Cubans and I am left disappointed."
