The Cuban influencer Christopher Gómez –known on his networks as Kristoff Kriollo– reported on social media that he could face a lawsuit in Miami due to the noise caused by his rooster.
"The neighbor just told me that she will probably sue me over the rooster," commented Gómez on his TikTok (@kristoff_kriollo).
"We have had these chicks since they were little, but they are already growing and the rooster is starting to crow," noted the young Cuban.
Additionally, he emphasized that the problem worsens because the houses in Miami "are very close together," causing "neighbors to be bothered by everything."
He also pointed out that right now "the rooster is crowing more than ever," and announced that the most probable outcome is that they will end up giving away the chickens.
This fact would be mourned by him and his family, as these animals are in their home as pets, not to be eaten.
Due to the affection that ties him to those animals, in the comments section, someone suggested a possible solution: "Get them an Emotional Support certificate," said Fernand Álvarez.
In the United States, an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Certificate is a document that certifies an animal as emotional support for its owner, helping to alleviate symptoms of mental or emotional disorders.
Emotional support animals are not considered common pets, as they provide therapeutic companionship to people with conditions such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), among others.
Kristoff Kriollo emigrated to the United States in 2023 and confirmed it on his social media in his own style: with a funny video dancing in a Walmart parking lot, while the song “Deja que Raúl se entere” by Cándido Fabré played in the background.
"Whatever he finds out, he finds out," wrote the young man, who immediately received congratulations from other colleagues who had settled in the United States before him, such as Miguelín, La Flaca Verónica, or Carnota.
Since then, he has shared countless videos, showcasing his talent for humor.
One of them recreated what happens when a Cuban makes a video call with someone on the island, in another they portrayed a Cuban Uber driver.
