Osmani García bid farewell to José Manuel Carbajal Zaldívar, better known as El Taiger, on Saturday at the Church of San Lázaro in Miami where the Cuban singer's funeral took place. The Cuban singer attended the ceremony with his wife Laura to say a final goodbye to the deceased artist.

"Today we bid farewell to a legend. Rest in peace with God and your parents, José Manuel. Nobody deserves to die like this. The music and joy you left behind left an undeniable mark; you achieved eternal life as you dreamed," Osmani expressed on his social media, where he shared the flowers he brought and also the moment he shared with one of El Taiger's daughters, Sofía.

With the little girl, he experienced a particularly emotional moment when she called him "uncle." Upon hearing this word, Osmani could not contain his tears and burst into cries.

"I didn't expect him to call me 'uncle,' I wasn't expecting that hug. He suddenly called me 'uncle' and wow. I couldn't hold back," Osmani recounted along with some photos he uploaded with the girl, one of the four children of El Taiger, who has two other girls and a boy.

In addition to Osmani García, more colleagues from the music world went to bid their final farewell to El Taiger in Miami, where on Saturday a private mass was held with the artist's closest friends, followed by a ceremony with the body present in which the coffin was opened and all attendees were allowed to pay their respects before the casket.
