Cuban newcomer, in shock on his first time at Walmart: "What is this amount of eggs, what's going on?"

Unable to stop repeating "look at this" all the time in front of so much diversity of products, this newly arrived Cuban in the United States stayed in a Walmart during his first visit.

The scene, despite having been seen repeatedly on social media, continues to impact as one of the many - and sad - evidences of the shortages and needs that Cubans on the island suffer from.

"Look at this, look at this, look, 18,22, in Cuba you look at the cows and the cows, just by looking at you they say 'if you touch me, you’re going to prison'” he reacts to the well-stocked fridge of trays of all kinds and cuts of meat.

"What is this amount?" she says upon seeing dozens of bottles of oil (corn oil, not even olive oil), a prohibitive product for many in Cuba.

As often happens, the cheese and yogurt section leaves him in shock, and almost as if it were a museum, he stands contemplating the refrigerators filled to the brim.

"What is this amount of eggs, pipo?," he says like a small child, although not even the enthusiasm makes him forget his own because "in the butcher shops there aren't any over there."

The video, which adds to others featuring this Cuban's experience in the USA - like when he tried McDonald's for the first time - ends with the newcomer 'collecting' meat to take home, although his cousin jokingly warns him that there is meat at home.
