Cuban artist moves with his rendition of "Papelito" by El Taiger on guitar.

With his voice and emotion, he managed to touch everyone who enjoys the music of José Manuel Carbajal Zaldívar.

A Cuban paid tribute to El Taiger in the best way possible, singing one of the hits from his career. Papito Caja 5ta, as he is known on his TikTok account, uploaded a video performing "Papelito" on guitar.

With his voice and emotion, he was able to touch and move everyone who enjoys the music of José Manuel Carbajal Zaldívar, who passed away on October 10 due to a gunshot wound to the head.

Visibly emotional, after finishing his song he added: “Brother, we never met, I saw you from afar once (…) I wasn’t even a follower of your music, or I wasn’t before, because now in many ways I am a follower of your music, but brother, I do follow the kind of energy you bring, because to me you are still here and you will continue to be here.”

In his words, he told El Taiger that it takes a lot of courage "to do everything you did, to reach where you have reached, to achieve everything you achieved, and to assert your person, your light, your identity as a Cuban and as a human being."

"What you did was wrong, those who are without sin can write their first song. I know there are almost goody-goodies, but come on, even thoughts can be sinful. The only thing I'm going to say, my friend, is that wherever you are, may God shine his light on your spirit," he requested, continuing to strum chords on his guitar.

"I love you, without knowing you, and one day we will have to meet out of obligation," he said at the end of his emotional video.
