TikToker reveals the best apps for finding jobs in the U.S.: "One is ideal if you don't have a permit."

Monster, Instawork, and Nextdoor were the three apps recommended by the TikToker.

A TikToker shared the best apps for finding jobs in the United States, aiming to help immigrants, including Cubans and others, overcome the challenges posed by the lack of work permits.

According to the TikToker (@junioramesty24), the Monster app ranks first for its ease of use and the ability to filter job offers by type of occupation. However, he cautioned that many of the jobs on this platform require a work permit.

For those who do not have the necessary paperwork, Instawork is recommended, an app focused on part-time jobs where users can register and view available opportunities in real-time, applying quickly and easily.

Finally, her favorite is Nextdoor, which she describes as "Facebook for the locals."

According to him, here users can make posts seeking employment or regularly check the job offers that come up, as people are often requested for various tasks.

With this option, job seekers can be contacted directly by local employers, mostly U.S. citizens, who, according to the TikToker, usually offer better salaries.

One of the biggest challenges that immigrants face upon arriving in the United States is finding employment, which is why it is common for social media to be filled with tips and best practices to overcome these difficulties.

Recently, a Cuban TikToker living in Atlanta, United States, shared some tips with her followers that have helped her earn about $3,000 a month.

In a video posted by Yanet on TikTok (@yanetatlanta), the Cuban influencer detailed her strategy for generating income on the platform: “I combine my regular content, which includes videos longer than one minute that I monetize, with TikTok Shop. Anyone who does this knows that the numbers can vary, but I have maintained a steady figure and have consistently gone upwards from there, never downwards,” she explained.

The influencer also shared a series of important recommendations on social media for those interested in finding a job at the popular supermarket chain Publix.
