Repair begins on a bridge in Maisí demolished since 2016 by Hurricane Matthew

Maisí, the easternmost municipality of Cuba, located in the province of Guantánamo, has not yet recovered from the landslides caused by the passage of theHurricane Matthew for this region of Cuba in 2016.

Yesterday the official press of the province announced that repairs to the Caleta bridge, a road that connects Maisí with Guantánamo, the capital municipality of the province, would begin this week.
