An African-American man dies after a police officer pinned him down with his knee on his neck.

The death of George Floyd after being violently restrained by a white police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has outraged citizens in the United States and around the world for brutality against 46-year-old man.

"Please, please, I can't breathe!"Floyd said in the video of just over a minute released on social networks. The agent keeps him immobilized with his knee on his neck next to the patrol car and expresses "I told you you couldn't win."

The people who recorded the scene ask him to leave him alone and move him to the car. "He's not reacting now. They did it to him", "I've been watching the whole time" and "Don't you plan to take your knee off his neck?" they repeat angrily to the agent, who remains on top of the fainted man.

Minneapolis Police Department confirmed this Tuesday the death of Floyd due to "a medical incident". The incident is being investigated by the FBI and the authorities of that State.

In another video released, Floyd is seen on the ground while the police take him to the patrol car.

At the moment The four officers involved were fired from that police department.. "It is the right decision for our city. The right decision for our community, it is the right decision for the Minneapolis Police Department," Mayor Jacob Frey said in a statement.

In that town They came out this Tuesday to demonstrate against police brutality suffered by Floyd repeating the phrase "I can't breathe!"The people were dispersed at night by throwing a rock at the third Minneapolis Police Precinct, points out CNN.

The family of the deceased declared to the aforementioned media that Flooyd was a man who "hurt no one" and a "gentle giant".

"They were supposed to be there to serve and protect and I didn't see any of them lift a finger to do anything to help as he begged for his life. None of them tried to do anything to help him.", said Tera Brown, Floyd's cousin, to CNN.

Another family member stated that "They treated him worse than animals".

"They could have helped him. Instead, they put their knee on his neck and just sat on him and then continued," Philonise Floyd said.

"Basketball player LeBron James uploaded an image condemning the event and making it clear that racism still exists in the United States."Get it now? Or is it still blurry?", he pointed.

His followers supported his protest against police violence.

Several civil rights associations and local authorities requested a quick investigation to clarify this new episode of the police against an African American.
