bad news for Ricky Martin. The Puerto Rican singer faces a lawsuit for 3 million dollars from his former manager, Rebecca Drucker.

The artist's manager for six years filed a lawsuit against him, alleging that he did not pay her commissions. A sum that would amount to 3 million dollars that he now demands from the singer, as indicated AND, according to the court documents they obtained.

According to the lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles Court, Ricky Martin would have "maliciously" refused to pay him the money he owed him according to the agreement they established for his management. And now, the former manager has decided to put the matter in the hands of justice.

Drucker, who worked with the "Livin' la vida loca" singer from 2014 to 2018 and, later, from 2020 to 2022, assured that he "saved his career" and that he protected him when they threatened with another lawsuit in 2020. " not only because he was his representative, but also because he thought Martin was his dear friend," the lawsuit filed by his attorneys says.

The former manager alleged that she was in a "toxic work environment" and that the two times she worked with him it was because her personal and professional life was "absolute chaos." He also assured that, thanks to her, he put his life and career in order.

"Although Martin's career has flourished since rehiring Rebecca as his manager in May 2020, she has been forced to deal with a litany of Martin's personal problems, such as problems with the nanny he hired to care for his children, Martin's failure to pay taxes, and his substance abuse, among other issues," the lawsuit says.

Now, the Puerto Rican man faces this lawsuit and the harsh accusations from his former worker. According to Drucker, he routinely manipulated and lied to her, forcing her to resign this year.

At the moment, Ricky Martin has not commented on this matter.
