This 2023 is being magical for Karol G. The Colombian singer has just released her fourth album, Tomorrow will be nice, what includes a powerful collaboration with Shakira ("TQG"). But before finding himself at this great moment in his career, he fulfilled one of his biggest dreams when meeting his idol Rihanna.

He went after the Super Bowl show that starred the Barbadian during the break that the two singers met. A meeting in which La Bichota made us complicit through her social networks, where she shared some photos with her idol, whom she even has tattooed on her arm.

But it was not until now that the "Provenza" singer wanted to tell what it was like to meet Rihanna. A meeting in which he ended up crying because of the beautiful words that Riri dedicated to him.

"I was shaking. My body was literally moving," Karol G confessed to Pablo Motos on the Spanish television program The Anthill, where too spoke about his collaboration with Shakira.

"I tried to contain myself and not cry, but she told me that she loved the way I expressed myself on social networks. From her I have learned to love my body, in the different stages of her life, the way she loved it. has defended, and she told me that she loved her body because of how I expressed myself on my social networks. And that made me cry," added the artist, who declared that "it was too special" to be next to the "Diamonds" singer. ".

Precisely about the way in which it is shown on its social networks, Medellín delved deeper into the television show.

"For a long time I would retouch photos to make them look incredible until one day they took photos of me on a beach and I didn't look the same as I did on Instagram, and I said: 'This doesn't make sense,'" said the singer, giving a new allegation of body positive with which he reminds us how important it is to love and accept ourselves.
