Views of the Pacific Ocean and about 2,800 square meters of surface area have the mansion that Beyoncé and Jay-Z bought, the most expensive in California and the second most expensive in the United States; according to local media reports.

The few images shared on social networks, where the million-dollar acquisition has become a trend, allow us to appreciate the size and luxury of the property, located in the Paradise Cove area of Malibu, for which the famous couple would have paid 200 million dollars.

Considered an architectural jewel, the L-shaped home designed by the Japanese Tadao Andose - who also designed the house that Kanye West bought in Malibu - is located on a 3.2 hectare cliff. It has several swimming pools inside, a large driveway for several cars to enter, private access, a dock for the famous family and even a recording studio.

The house belonged to William Bell, an important art collector, who took almost 15 years to build the concrete structure, he revealed.TMZ, which broke the news exclusively.

The couple, as evidenced by images on social networks, celebrated the purchase in London, where they were photographed leaving Harry's Bar in Mayfair. At the moment it is unknown if they plan to move to their new property.

This house in Malibu joins other properties that the couple already owns: a mansion in Bel-Air (valued at 100 million dollars), an apartment in Tribeca, New York, a property in the Hamptons or the private island in the Bahamas, a gift from Jay Z to Queen B in 2013 for their fifth wedding anniversary.

Beyonce, for her part,is currently on tour promoting his latest studio albumRenaissance, his return to the musical scene and the big stages after several years of absence.
