Zero stars: Bielsa's Uruguay opts for youth for the friendly against Cuba

The illusion of seeing theCuban soccer players facing the most renowned Uruguayan players went to pieces once the Celeste call for thefriendly clash on the 20th.

The new coach of the two-time world champion squad, the Argentine Marcelo Bielsa, leaned towardsa group of young people who were the basis of the Uruguayan minor teams, leaving out highly valued figures such as Federico Valverde or Darwin Núñez, and also the illustrious veterans Luis Suárez, Edinson Cavani, Fernando Muslera, Diego Godín and Martín Cáceres.
