Nicky Jam's plans after his musical retirement: A million-dollar resort in Colombia and more restaurants in Miami

The reggaeton player has several million-dollar investments underway in the United States and Colombia.

Nicky Jam Are you ready for Say goodbye to music after decades of success. A retirement that is close, as he himself revealed, but not before releasing his latest album and traveling the world with a tour to say goodbye to all his fans.

One of the reasons for this retirement is to be calm and focused on other professional aspects, specifically that of being an entrepreneur.

The singer has many plans and businesses to which he wants to dedicate all his time and attention. "I'm in hotels, restaurants, I'm in all this and I want to be calm," he commented in an interview with Molusco when talking about his goodbye.

During the same conversation with the Puerto Rican announcer he talked about some of the projects he is working on, such as a resort on an island in Colombia, a hotel in another area of the same country and some restaurants.

"I'm working on five projects at the same time. We bought an island in Guatapé, we are making a resort, a hotel. We bought it before COVID-19 and it cost us about 8.7 million (dollars) with the vision of it being a family place. "They are cabins for the family," he said about one of these projects, for which he had more investors. "I put 8.7, the island was worth much more," he commented with a laugh.

"We also bought a very large piece of land on an island in Cartagena called Tierra Bomba and we are also building a hotel there," he added.

But Nicky Jam's favorite project at the moment is the La Musa restaurant, a place that is being built in Miami, specifically in front of the popular Kiki On The River. For this project he had the same investors with whom he has done all his projects.

The singer also plans to expand his La Industria Bakery & Cafe, which is based in Miami.

To all this we must add that the artist has real estate and recording studios. Without a doubt, Nicky Jam's business empire is a great one.
