Tow truck cannot take car with driver inside by reversing

The reasons why the car was reported are unknown, but the truth is that the tow truck driver hooked its front wheels and proceeded to remove it from the area.

The driver of a car that was going to be removed by a tow truck in Miami resisted and put the vehicle in reverse gear to counteract the force with which it was being dragged.

The images were captured by the cell phone camera of some young people (apparently Cuban) who witnessed the scene from a nearby balcony and shared it at the scene of the incident.lmfaomiami.

The reasons why the car was reported are unknown, but the truth is that the tow truck driver hooked its front wheels and proceeded to remove it from the area.

However, apparently, the owner of the car entered it and decided to resist its removal, without thinking of a better idea than to put it in reverse gear and stop the progress of the crane.

After a short trip in this way, the tow truck driver gave up taking the car and released it for the peace of its owner.

The scene could have contained a couple of violations of the law, since the tow truck cannot take away a car with people inside. But the driver of a car cannot prevent it by getting inside once it has already been hooked by the crane.

The situation was similar to that experienced in mid-September by the driver of a vehicle in Miami, whoHe parked wrong and the tow truck came to take the car away..

However, the man got on it in the middle of the operation and refused to get off until the police intervened and arrested the offender, after unsuccessful negotiations to get him out of his car.

The afternoon was progressing and the man continued barricaded in his vehicle even though the tow truck had already lifted it from the rear. The words of the police officers were not efficient either.

Until they took out their weapons and pointed them at the driver of the vehicle. It was then that he agreed to leave and was detained by the police, who handcuffed him into a patrol car, allegedly arrested for "resistance to authority."
