JetBlue plane diverted in Florida due to violent passenger who claimed to be the "Devil"

The flight was going from Fort Lauderdale to Boston but they had to divert it to Orlando to remove this violent individual.

AndJetBlue flight that was going from Fort Lauderdale International Airport to Boston, had to divert and land in Orlando for having on board a violent passenger who claimed to be "the Devil."

The pilot of the plane said that he was a "violent and disruptive passenger" and it was necessary to change the flight route to avoid major conflicts.

The event occurred this Thursday around 9:30 pm. The passenger said he was the Devil. He threatened and hit a woman after JetBlue Flight 170 took off in South Florida.

Another passenger, identified on social media asLeo Ruiz, captured a video where law enforcement officers can be seen escorting the violent man off the plane.

"We had a violent and disruptive passenger in the back. (...) Unfortunately I couldn't make any announcement to warn them, because we didn't want to agitate him any more than he already was. He was attacking another passenger, that's why he was expelled" , he was heard informing the captain of the plane.

This delay will not leave financial compensation for those who flew with Jet Blue because, according to the airline, it is due to events beyond the company's control and does not qualify for compensation or reimbursement of expenses.

Finally, the travelers from the flight disembarked in Boston, around 4:30 am on Friday.
