Urban projects will radically transform Downtown Miami

Miami Worldcenter attracts an investment of more than 4 billion dollars, marking an important chapter in the urban development of the city of the Sun.

Three large-scale urban projects are underway in the Downtown de Miami, each of them attracting million-dollar investments and promising a significant impact on the life and structure of the city.

One of the most ambitious projects is the Miami Worldcenter, a multiple-use area that will span more than 28 acres. Destined to be a new pulsating heart in the city center, this development will include hotels, offices, condominiums and an extensive retail area.

It won't just be a shopping area. It is planned as a corridor with restaurants, cafes, residential towers and a boutique hotel. There will be an intense social life in its public areas, with services of all kinds to respond to the needs of some 1,200 condominium units.

Miami Worldcenter will physically transform the city to become the largest center of development, commerce and culture in the southern United States.

The second major project is Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences, a skyscraper that will be erected as the tallest building in Miami and Florida.

Its unique design, inspired by stacked boxes, promises to be an architectural landmark in the area. Located on Biscayne Boulevard, this nearly 100-story building will offer both condominium and hotel space, topped by a five-story penthouse.

The start of its construction was in 2022 and its completion is expected in 2026. This project will attract visitors from all over the world. It will be a landmark for opulence and luxury in Miami and will change the city's skyline.

Finally, the project Signature Bridge of Interstate 395, is already taking shape with the installation of spectacular arches. It will be another transformational undertaking for Miami.

It has a cost of 840 million dollars that includes the reconstruction of the pavement, the remodeling of four bridges and the construction of new ramp connectors and interchanges.

It will significantly improve traffic and connectivity between different areas of Miami and add an element of green space called “The Underdeck.” This project is expected to be completed by 2027, marking another important milestone in the city's urban development.

These projects represent a significant investment in Miami's future, not only in terms of infrastructure but also in improving the quality of urban life and attractiveness as a global destination.

As these urban projects develop, the Downtown de Miami will be radically transformed, consolidating its position as a center of innovation on the world stage.
